We are pleased to announce that all peer reviewed papers in IREE 2017 conference proceedings will be published in Elsevier’s Energy Procedia journal.
With only 10 days left until the abstract submission deadline on 26th September 2016 – we are inviting you to submit abstracts of up to 350 words to present your recent work on topics relevant to energy efficiency and the technical or socio-economic issues surrounding sustainability in residential buildings.
Submitting an abstract and attending the Improving Residential Energy Efficiency (IREE) conference will also give you the opportunity to attend the Keynote presentations of two world class researchers: Prof Philippa Howden-Chapman from the University of Otago, Wellington, New Zealand and Prof Tadj Oreszczyn from the University College London, UK.
The conference will be held in Wollongong, Australia on the 16th – 17th February 2017. IREE 2017 will provide you with the opportunity to network and interact with key stakeholders from government, academia and industry and you will also have the chance to visit the Sustainable Buildings Research Centre and the Illawarra Flame House that was ranked 1st at the 2013 Solar Decathlon competition in China. All early bird registrations will also go into a draw and a lucky attendee will win 3 nights of accommodation to stay for free during the conference in the Solar Decathlon house.
